A Family Tradition of
Service to the Community

Lawrence Livoti and Danielle Livoti-Preston come from a family of distinguished attorneys. His father and her grandfather was a New York State Supreme Court Justice. Close family members also in the legal profession include the Clerk of the Court for Queens County, New York, the Chief Judge of the Second Appellate District for the State of New York, and the County Executive for Nassau County, New York.

The first photo on the right shows Mr. Livoti taking his oath of office and being sworn in by his father Justice Anthony M. Livoti in 1975. While the second photo shows Mr. Livoti  administering the oath of office and swearing in his daughter Danielle Livoti-Preston to the Florida Bar in 2021.  In this family of attorneys, this has now become a family tradition.
